Ted Fattoross led a third generation family business from 1.5 to 10 million dollars in sales during a 7 year period. He was awarded the high honor of Merchant of the Year by the Governor while on the advisory board of Union Camp, PCA (a division of Tenneco) and Sherwood Industries before the age of 30.Ted Fattoross sold the business and reinvented himself. During a 17 year period he led over 5000 speaking events for an average of 250,000 people appearing on TV and print media hundreds of times making national television (Fox 5) as well as a full page feature article in the business section of the Star-Ledger. As a leading keynote speaker and seminar leader speaking on topics ranging from teamwork and leadership to sales and customer service for clients Cisco Systems, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Ford, AT&T, Lucent and many more. Ted is also in demand on the college speaking circuit with clients that include Seton Hall, Penn State, NYU and Indiana University. During these 10 years Ted also spoke within primary and secondary school systems on topics of Character Education, Values and Ethics and has made a tremendous impact on America’s youth. Ted is registered with the Department of Education to provide Certified Staff Development Credits for teachers.
